Create Your Preproduction Documents For A web Portfolio and Promotional Advert CIM U301 3,1 - 3,5

I had used Coggle to design this mind map; Coggle is a free to use mind mapping software which is easy to use and has a simple interface. I used it after attempting to use other programs such as mindmup and other similar online freewares, but Coggle was my favourite. After creating the mind map, I outputted the file as a JPEG so it could be viewed as a high quality image.

I used Google Drives presentation tool to create the mood board as it is easy to use. I gathered the images from specific websites that had products and interfaces that related to my product and web portfolio. Once again I outputted the mood board as a JPEG after screen-shotting it so I didn't lose the resolution of the image.

To create my web portfolio I will be using Blogger as it is really easy to use whilst keeping a professional look to it, its easy to customise templates and have the pages look exactly as you want them to look.

I had created the visual diagram using Adobe Photoshop, gathering the images needed from Google and using one of the charts from my target audience research to give a clear visual explanation of how my product compares to other products. I saved the file as a JPEG so the file was clear after uploading it to my portfolio.

My storyboard is pretty much the same as the rough copy I had done but I had created it using Photoshop, using a template from Google and drawing back into the template with a Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet. Once again outputting the files as JPEGs.

To create my product advert it would be filmed using a Canon EOS 5DMK3 and edit the video in Avid to produce a high quality video, which would be outputted in AVCHD most likely.
